NGN Redirection (existing customers)
Use this page to change the destination of your 0844 or 0871 numbers. You can make as many changes as you like free of charge but be aware that it can take up to 48 hours for any changes to take affect. So do not make more than 1 change in any 48hr period .

New Customers
If you would like to sign up for 1 or 2 new Non Geographic Numbers (NGN's) then simply furnish us with a few details and we will contact you with a list of free numbers for you to choose from

Number Selection Service:
If you want us to select your new number then let us know in the additional info field and we will select 2 new numbers for you and connect them to your chosen land line(s)

Existing customers

To make a destination change you must supply the following:

    Company Name and Contact Name (the ones we have on record)
    Your Non Geographic Number (NGN) (ie. 0871 or 0844)

    The land line number which you want to redirect your NGN to

As of immediate affect: We are no longer accepting changes to destinations on 0870 numbers. As of 1st August 2009 there is a charge to receive calls on any 0870 numbers.

We strongly suggest moving over to a free 0844 or 0871 number, you will not be charged for a new 0844 or 0871 number, there is no set-up fee and you will never be charged to receive calls on either of those number ranges. You must act immediately!

0870 customers wishing to cancel thier existing service and change to 0844 or 0871 should contact us immediately using the webform below or calling 0871 717 2 717.
